Curious Endeavor operates on three public documents: the Service Level we commit to, the Master Services Agreement we contract under, and the EU AI Act compliance statement that lays out our operating system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
Each is linked below. Every page on this site points here; every client engagement is written against these documents.
Delivery windows, touchpoints, revisions, and response times for every engagement type — from a two-week Localization to a ten-week Full Transformation. We commit to delivery dates with credit triggers, not pipeline uptime. Upstream AI outages are absorbed by a 3–5 day buffer.
The twenty-seven-section Master Services Agreement that sits behind every statement of work. Covers services, compensation, ownership, confidentiality, limitation of liability, governing law, and the relationship between CE and the client. This is the template; your executed agreement may differ.
Sixteen numbered sections describing how Curious Endeavor operates under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — classified as a deployer under Article 3(4), explicit exclusion of every Article 5 prohibited practice and every Annex III high-risk use case, Article 4 AI literacy programme, Article 50 transparency mechanics, and the GDPR interface.
These three documents are the canonical source. They are updated in place — versions are dated at the top of each document, and changes are recorded in CE's internal policy register. If you are a client and received a document with different language from what is published here, the executed version you signed controls.
